20 YEARS AGO, John Lee had a vision…a passion…to help franchisees realize their dreams of owning a successful franchise business. John followed his passion and embarked on his journey and Impact Marketing Services became a reality.
After many years of working in the advertising agency arena with national franchise organizations, John realized that many franchisees were frustrated. They were struggling; regardless of the amount of national advertising. Many were laboring to achieve break-even and needed to reach higher sales levels to survive. The “do-it-yourself” marketing and advertising approach simply wasn’t working. They needed direct personal counseling and guidance.
Many franchisees are not aware of the many advertising options available for targeted marketing. Sometimes they make costly choices on media that does not work. Or, they spend their time working “in their business and not on the business”. They need knowledgeable and experienced guidance while they focus on serving their valued customers and building relationships in the business community.
