| JOHN LEE; Founder and CEO John Lee has an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and has taught graduate level Marketing classes at Webster University. John has also conducted the Marketing module for Mail Boxes Etc. University training class for new franchisees for five years. He conducts marketing workshops for franchisees across the country.

| MARY CARUANA; Operations Manager Mary Caruana has been with IMS since 1998. With a background in direct marketing and sales; she enjoys her one-to-one interaction with franchisees and clients. She received a BS in Mathematics and finds it very useful in a sales environment; where numbers are key.

| MARIE FAULK; Director of Media Research Marie Faulk has been with IMS since 2004. She researches and evaluates media throughout the country; for Opening Launches, Extended Marketing and Special Events.

| KENT CREEKMORE; Client Services Manager Kent Creekmore has been with IMS seven years. Kent and his team conduct coaching calls with each franchisee to review each plan in its entirety and provide follow up coaching calls to help keep the franchisee focused and on target.
